Viavo is made by a small team. If something does not work, tell us and we will fix it.

From inside the app

The fastest way is to say it to Viavo: “Report a bug: …” or “I wish Viavo could …”. The request is saved for the team, and Viavo tells you the answer once it is handled.

By message

Open an issue on GitHub. Describe what you said, what you expected and what happened. Do not include phone numbers or other personal details in the issue.

Permissions

Viavo asks for each permission when you first use the matching feature. You can change any of them later in Viavo Settings → Permissions, or in the iPhone Settings app.

Subscription and credits

How credits are counted, what Viavo Plus includes and how refunds work is in the Terms of Use. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple: manage the subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
